Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to propose and develop innovative design solutions that deliver a clear product message and distinct brand identity. This role involves creating 2D and 3D concepts using provided inputs contributing to both interior and exterior design and guiding projects from initial idea through to production. The Senior Product Designer will work as part of a multidisciplinary product design team applying advanced design knowledge supporting team development and fostering collaboration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Propose and develop design solutions with a clear product message and distinct brand identity that meet project prerequisites.
Explore and refine design ideas through 2D and 3D concepts including sketches drawings and visual artifacts.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary product design team to take projects from concept through to production.
Contribute to both interior and exterior design initiatives.
Support and mentor junior team members and peers.
Act as a role model for continuous learning by sharing expertise and coaching others.
Deepen expertise in own discipline while developing a broader T-shaped skill profile.
Build influence and work effectively across the broader organizational network.
Clearly articulate the value and impact of design contributions.
Qualifications :
Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience in product design.
Advanced knowledge of design principles methods and tools.
Proficiency in 2D & 3D sketching Blender Alias and KeyShot.
Strong creative problem-solving and concept development skills.
Experience working on both interior and exterior design projects.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Proven ability to mentor coach and support professional development of others.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas and value contributions.
