We are seeking a dedicated Customer Account Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for managing client accounts ensuring customer satisfaction and providing solutions that align with client goals. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented proactive and capable of building strong professional relationships.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
Address customer inquiries resolve issues and provide timely solutions.
Manage account data update records and track customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of services.
Prepare and present account status reports to management.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (preferred).
2 years of experience in account management customer service or sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
