This Director VIK Program Management role will work on strategic and operational projects that have large impact across the team with a particular focus on all things related to our Value-in-Kind (VIK) program. When Visa structures long-term partnership agreements with clients (i.e. Deals) an increasing proportion of the client incentives are structured as a promise of future value-added services known as Value-in-Kind (VIK). This is a key aspect of Visas deal strategy it motivates clients to partner with Visa on programs that help them grow their business and in turn helps Visa grow and diversify revenues. This role will help manage the VIK program for North America and help accelerate its growth through end-to-end program management spanning the breadth from strategy and planning to process and operations. The Director VIK Program Management will directly report to the Vice President of North America Operations.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 180700.00 to 262100.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
