Operations Team Member - 1st and 2nd Shift

Shift Information: 

• 1st Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am

Were looking for energetic and dedicated Production/Operations Support Team Members to join our Miamisburg team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is ready to learn and wants to grow their career with a supportive team.

What Youll Be Doing

As a key member of our production team youll be involved in a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Manufacturing and Finishing: Performing core tasks like weeding screen printing calendaring and applying heat transfers to our products.

• Logistics & Inventory: Supporting our warehouse operations by handling shipping and receiving managing inventory counts and ensuring materials are where they need to be.

• Quality & Improvement: Inspecting products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards and actively looking for ways to make our processes better and more efficient.

• Team Collaboration: Working alongside and training other team members assisting with problem-solving and contributing to a positive productive work environment.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Some experience in a production or warehouse setting is a plus but not required. Were happy to train the right person!

• A motivated self-starter who can work effectively on their own and as part of a team.

• Someone with strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

• The ability to read and follow instructions including standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Comfortable with basic math and using measurement tools.

• The ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks like standing bending and twisting for extended periods.
