We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and guide Sant into its next phase of growth. Reporting to the Director Food & Beverage Operations responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee daily operations of Sants dinner service and the 38 North Lobby Bar focusing on operational logistics and ensuring seamless high-quality guest experiences
- Lead the strategic repositioning of Sant working closely with brand hotel and culinary teams to evolve the restaurants identity and market presence
- Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset by identifying and implementing creative cost-effective strategies to grow revenue improve margins and drive business
- Lead by example by being actively involved in daily operations to support peak periods coaching in real-time and ensuring every guest touchpoint aligns with service excellence
- Own departmental financial performance including forecasting payroll cost control and profitabilityconsistently striving to exceed financial goals
- Inspire lead and develop a passionate team committed to service by fostering accountability development and a culture of excellence
- Collaborate closely with the Chef de Cuisine and Culinary team to align service menu and guest experience ensuring a seamless front- and back-of-house collaboration
- Partner with Sales & Marketing to design and implement promotions events and seasonal activations aligned business goals
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging guest feedback and colleague engagement insights
- Analyze market trends guest feedback and competitive offerings to position Sant as a dining destination in Sonoma County
- Ensure brand standards are maintained with highest standard of quality and visual appeal
- Support all F&B Venues including assuming Manager on Duty responsibilities
- Maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues with a strong focus on health and safety protocols
- Support broader hotel initiatives and work cross-functionally to ensure alignment across departments
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :

- 5 years of progressive leadership experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants or high-end hospitality environments
- Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance enhance guest satisfaction and foster employee engagement
- Leads by example and cultivates a strong team culture centered on accountability collaboration and high performance
- Entrepreneurial spirit comfortable working within financial limitations while identifying creative ways to innovate and drive growth
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills both with guests and internal stakeholders
- Ability to multitask work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail
- Proficient in restaurant management systems POS systems and Microsoft Office software
- Knowledge of Sonoma Valleys food wine and hospitality scene is a strong plus
- Previous experience leading in a union environment and asset
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays and variable hours based on business needs
Salary range $90000- $95000
