We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our content strategy. This role will be responsible for creating managing and optimizing content across multiple channels to engage our target audience strengthen brand presence and drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create edit and oversee high-quality content for blogs websites email campaigns social media and other marketing platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design sales product SEO and communications) to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Manage the editorial calendar to ensure timely production and distribution of content.
- Optimize content for SEO lead generation and audience engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and use insights to refine and improve content strategy.
- Stay updated on industry trends emerging platforms and content marketing best practices.
- Manage external writers freelancers or agencies when needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content marketing digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong writing editing and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization strategies.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) analytics tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the escrow process, from opening to closing. Review purchase agreements, contracts, and title documents to ensure accuracy. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys to facilitate smooth transactions. Prepare settlement statements, escrow instructions, and required documents. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Handle disbursement of funds and balance escrow accounts. Maintain accurate records and provide updates to all parties throughout the transaction. Resolve issues or discrepancies quickly and professionally. Qualifications Proven experience as an Escrow Officer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of escrow, title, and real estate processes. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in escrow/title software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. State-required Escrow Officer license or certification (if applicable).
