ABOUT THE ROLE:
At were transforming how businesses engage customers with powerful customizable AI Agents. As a Mid-Market Account Executive youll play a critical role in driving growth by sourcing and generating pipeline navigating full-cycle sales processes and closing new business with mid-sized organizations. Youll partner with leadership marketing and BDRs to create targeted outreach engage senior stakeholders and deliver platform as the solution for modern customer engagement.
This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a dynamic market enjoys consultative selling and is comfortable crafting business cases that demonstrate ROI. Youll help mid-sized businesses adopt AI to reshape their customer engagement while making a direct and lasting impact on expansion in the market.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive revenue for AI Agent platform by closing new business that showcases measurable outcomes and ROI
Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting AI-assisted tools and inbound demand generated with marketing and BDRs
Engage senior decision makers (CMO CRO CTO) in consultative sales processes tailored to their workflows and objectives
Craft and analyze business cases that highlight Regals ROI for mid-market buyers
Collaborate internally to develop and execute territory plans that ensure consistent pipeline growth
Stay current on AI adoption trends buyer needs and the competitive landscape to drive effective consultative conversations
ABOUT YOU:
3-5 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a strong record of meeting or exceeding quota
Experience selling to marketing sales and technology leaders at mid-sized businesses
Knowledge of AI automation or conversational platforms strongly preferred
Skilled at building and evaluating business cases to communicate ROI and outcomes
Comfortable managing consultative sales cycles and educating buyers on emerging technologies
Motivated by building relationships and delivering value that transforms customer engagement
