Job Description
Overview/ Job Responsibilities
Sev1Tech is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Deputy Warehouse / Operations Manager to join our team.
The Deputy Facility/Operations Manager will assist the Facility Manager in overseeing daily warehouse and logistics operations serving as a key leader to ensure smooth and efficient workflow throughout the facility. This role is highly hands-on supporting both administrative and operational functions such as scheduling workforce supervision and regulatory compliance. Acting as the Facility Managers right-hand the Deputy ensures continuity of leadership and will assume responsibility for operations in the Managers absence.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations and staff performance.
Assist in scheduling reporting and compliance tracking.
Ensure efficient material handling storage and distribution.
Step in as acting Facility Manager when needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a SECRET level clearance
Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.
5 years of warehouse/logistics operations experience.
Supervisory experience required.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
