Mountain Land Physical Therapy Partners (MLPT) is hiring a Web Specialist to manage optimize and grow our digital presence. This role is perfect for someone with strong technical website management skills and a creative eye for user experience. Our vision is to provide everyone with a primary care physical therapist and as our Web Specialist youll ensure our digital platforms reflect our values and help patients connect with primary care physical therapists seamlessly.

What Youll Do
- Website Management Oversee MLPTs WordPress sites including plugin management Google Tag Manager and overall site health.
- Technical Optimization Ensure content accuracy troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with external partners on integrations security and performance improvements.
- SEO Leadership Lead our search engine optimization strategy and execution improving visibility and patient access.
- Performance Tracking Prepare and deliver monthly reports on traffic engagement and site performance with actionable recommendations.

- Education or experience in website management (degree coursework or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Basic skills in HTML CSS JavaScript or PHP.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Preferred
- Experience with WordPress SEO or Google Tag Manager.
- Background in healthcare marketing or multi-site organizations.
