Job Description
- 5 years in an editorial department or newsroom role.
- Great communication skills and comfort working directly with editors.
- Excellent journalistic judgment and integrity.
- Excellent grasp of visual and typographical hierarchy.
- Knowledge of news politics finance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced newsroom-juggling hourly daily and weekly deadlines.
- Experience assigning and art directing illustration.
- An existing network of artists with the ability to identify fresh and emerging talent.
- The ability to distill data into easily digestible visualizations and walk readers through complex information in an engaging way.

- experience in publication design department (no junior roles)
- an assertive production orientated go getter
- Adobe CC expertise.
- Basic HTML CSS other applicable web languages related to data.
- Visualization.
- At ease working in a digital CMS e.g. Wordpress.
- Experience with Figma is a plus.
- Experience with Methode or other print-related CMS is a plus.
- Interest in and understanding of the financial world is a plus.
