We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients offering professional and efficient service while supporting client needs with clarity and care. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams
Address client inquiries via phone email or in person
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Resolve issues promptly and professionally
Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth experience
Track client feedback and escalate concerns when necessary
Collaborate with the operations team to improve service delivery
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
Previous experience in customer service or client relations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Friendly empathetic and proactive in client interaction
