We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for executing and supporting internal and external communication strategies that promote our brand engage stakeholders and ensure the consistent delivery of our corporate message.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and distributing internal and external communications
Draft press releases newsletters emails and company announcements
Support media relations and respond to public inquiries
Maintain communication calendars and track campaign results
Coordinate with marketing and customer service departments to ensure message alignment
Monitor communication trends and make recommendations for improvement
Assist in organizing corporate events and media opportunities
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or related field
13 years of experience in a communication or media-related role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Familiarity with content management systems and digital tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
