You ll be the go-to person for landlords guests and contractors ensuring maintenance is handled promptly invoices are processed accurately and communication is always clear. If you excel at multitasking have strong English skills and can confidently navigate digital tools this role is for you. Weekend availability is a must to meet peak service demands. Bring your attention to detail and service mindset and help us deliver outstanding property management support every day.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with landlords/hosts regarding property maintenance and repair needs
- Liaise with third-party contractors (plumbers handymen etc.) to schedule service calls
- Process maintenance invoices and update the accounting system with charges
- Reimburse cleaners for approved expenses by reviewing receipts
- Respond to landlord/guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain clear communication and provide status updates
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management customer service or related field
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with computers and comfort in learning new software/systems
- Available to work weekends to accommodate peak service needs
