Role Name: Sales Assistant
Schedule: Monday to Friday 4 hours a day flexible within 9am to 4pm Pacific

We re seeking a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to bridge the gap between our sales team and technology systems ensuring seamless CRM management and lead tracking. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with sales leadership while maintaining and optimizing our Zoho CRM system. You ll serve as the technical backbone for sales operations ensuring no opportunities are missed and all client interactions are properly documented. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys combining organizational skills with technology to drive sales success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Zoho CRM system for all sales activities
- Prepare and distribute weekly task lists and priorities to sales management team
- Conduct regular daily check-ins with sales manager during established time periods
- Update CRM system based on sales conversations meetings and client interactions
- Facilitate smooth information flow between sales team members and CRM database
- Support lead generation activities and prospect research as needed
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and completeness for effective sales reporting and analysis
- Proficiency with Zoho CRM or similar customer relationship management systems
- Excel skills for data management tracking and report generation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills for effective team coordination
- Experience working with team members who have varying levels of technical expertise
- Background in lead generation processes and sales support activities preferred
- Reliable availability for daily check-ins and consistent system updates
- Strong attention to detail ensuring accurate data entry and record maintenance
