Job Summary
An associate role to support core investor servicing operations for private equity and real estate fund clients with a focus on delivering a high standard of client service and operational excellence.
Assist with uploading of capital events notices PCAPs and financial statements via the Investor Portal
Perform updates to the CRM including investor details contacts and wire instructions updates
Help organize task lists in our project management software Teamwork Projects
Qualifications :
You are an accounting finance or business administration graduate or equivalent
You have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in fund administration investor relations or transfer agency services within a private equity or alternative investment environment
You have Basic knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and compliance practices
You have exposure to fund administration platforms (e.g. Investran eFront Allvue or similar)
