Job Accountabilities
The Senior Manager of Organizational Implementation is accountable for strategically driving and executing key business priorities ensuring alignment with global objectives and fostering a high-performance culture within their team. This role is critical in the successful rollout of AI initiatives maintaining exceptional client engagement and championing continuous improvement and change management across the organization.
Specific Responsibilities: This role is responsible for the following key areas:
Strategic Leadership and Alignment:
- Drives department projects to meet or exceed targets.
- Vetoes misaligned projects to maintain focus.
- Ensures successful execution and alignment of projects with company vision.
- Oversees the creation of strategic roadmaps and resource allocation
Project & Program Management:
- Achieves high project completion rates and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Manages project life cycles risks and resource allocation.
- Ensures project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Operational Excellence & Process Optimization:
- Aims for significant improvements in operational efficiency and a reduction in process bottlenecks.
- Leads re-engineering efforts and promotes a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implements quality assurance frameworks.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Develops a high-performing team and maintains high employee satisfaction and retention.
- Mentors team members conducts performance reviews and identifies training needs.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement:
- Maintains strong client relationships and positive feedback.
- Manages communication and builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g. MBA Masters) is a strong advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management program management or a related field with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
- Proven experience in organizational implementation change management and process re-engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects including technology and AI initiatives with experience in supporting their rollout.
- Experience in client-facing roles and representing an organization to external stakeholders.
- Experience working in a global organization and collaborating with international teams is a plus.
License/Certification (Preferred):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a strong advantage.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g. Pro sci) is a plus.
