Position : VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Work Schedule : overlap US EST business hours (between 9am-5pm)
Pay Range: USD 1400 - 2000/month (The clients final offer will be based on the candidates skills and years of experience.)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrative Support
- Manage calendars inboxes scheduling and internal coordination for founders.
- Prepare meeting notes agendas and follow-ups.
- Organize and maintain digital files and pipelines in ClickUp
- Marketing & Campaign Support
- Assist with scheduling and posting content on social media channels.
- Format and repurpose content for multiple platforms.
- Create basic graphics or short-form video content or coordinate with design partners.
- Compile campaign performance reports update trackers and ensure accurate data entry.
- Client & Vendor Liaison
- Communicate with clients and vendors under founder direction.
- Support project coordination and deliverable tracking in ClickUp.
- Operational Support
- Conduct data mining and research to support client projects and campaigns.
- Help monitor deadlines and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Provide rare but critical support for urgent website-related issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Hard skills:- Strong administrative background with proven organizational skills.
- Proficiency in ClickUp (or similar project management tools).
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides Gmail Calendar).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools workflows and best practices.
- Basic content creation capabilities (graphics video social media).
- Strong research and data mining abilities.
Soft skills:
- Professional polished written and verbal communication.
- Critical thinker with a proactive solution-oriented mindset.
- Highly reliable accountable and responsive.
- Ability to represent the agencys brand and values in all interactions.
