We are seeking a highly experienced Business Developer with a strong background in commercial lending and deep expertise in ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) to join our team onsite in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of experience in the banking and financial sector with a robust understanding of the credit lifecycle and associated regulatory and compliance frameworks.
This role requires an individual with strong analytical and conceptual skills excellent communication abilities and the capability to thrive in an Agile working environment. Candidates should also be adept in generating clear and concise process documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on commercial lending credit lifecycle processes and ACBS platform functionalities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to define and deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with business needs.
Drive business analysis and development efforts to improve and optimize commercial lending processes and systems.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support implementation.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements across all deliverables.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning backlog grooming and retrospectives.
Prepare comprehensive process and functional documentation.
Support testing and validation of system changes and enhancements.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
7 years of experience in commercial lending and credit lifecycle within banking or financial services.
Expert-level knowledge of ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) hands-on experience is a must.
Deep understanding of end-to-end credit lifecycle processes especially the lending domain.
Experience working with industry-standard tools for credit and loan management.
Good understanding of regulatory/compliance requirements in the banking/financial domain.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
Basic knowledge in creating and maintaining process documentation.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
