Were hiring a Head of Strategic Transformation to drive the execution of our Enterprise Technology Strategy reporting to the Group Strategy Director Digital Data & Technology.
In this high-impact role youll lead strategic alignment across Group and Divisional priorities ensuring major programmes deliver clear business value. Youll own the engagement and communication plan building momentum and stakeholder buy-in at all levels.

What youll be doing:
- Driving the evolution and implementation of the Enterprise Technology Strategy ensuring alignment with Group objectives and maintaining a clear benefit-led transformation roadmap
- Initiating strategic programmes across key technology themessuch as data AI innovation and investmentby defining scope building business cases and sequencing delivery
- Accelerating innovation through rapid idea generation experimentation and strategic initiatives like AI Accelerators while fostering partnerships with fintechs and tech providers
- Mobilising strategic programmes to generate commercial momentum managing budgets and ensuring smooth transition to delivery teams
- Managing risk across the strategic technology portfolio supporting programme leads and risk functions to implement effective mitigation strategies
- Building strong cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration and regularly updating senior leadership on progress and strategic shifts
- Prioritising technology investments and measuring success against strategic objectives while coordinating dependencies with the Enterprise Change Committee to sustain momentum
- Embedding conduct risk principles into daily operations to ensure processes deliver positive customer outcomes and meet regulatory standards
- Leading the management of direct reports applying consistent practices aligned with Group policies to maximise team performance

- Experienced in enhancing organisational effectiveness through people processes technology and knowledge development
