ESCALATED SUPPORT DATA SUPPORT ENGINEER TEAM
Our team plays a vital role in resolving complex data-related issues that impact casino operations across our customer base. As part of the Data Support function within the Escalated Support team we specialize in diagnosing and resolving high-priority incidents involving data integrity reporting anomalies and system integrations. We work closely with other support teams as well as product and implementation teams within Playtech Neon to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
