Job Description
Our Client Is one of the leading online restaurant supply chain platforms in Canada with over 7000 customers currently using our online ordering service and delivery service. We are seeking an enthusiastic and responsible Customer Service Representative to join their team. The job requires a commitment to providing excellent customer service as well as working well in a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking with ease. Candidates must be comfortable standing for extended periods and able to work effectively under pressure. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-growing dynamic business environment and thrive on engaging with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Serve customers by answering their questions resolving their issues and providing them with the information that they need.
- Help customers navigate the company website resolve any issues that they are having and answer any questions that they have.
- Help customers understand their policies and complete claims order renewals or other transactions.
- Process payment for services that have been purchased.
- Manage a portfolio of customers accounts to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Know what to do if a customer has a complaint or is dissatisfied with the service that they are receiving
Hourly Pay: $17.20 per hour
Additional pay:
- Monthly Bonus pay (range from 0 to 500 based on task completion rate and overall performance)
- Overtime pay
Requirements
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- Bachelors Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- Fluent in French (Must)
- Fluent in English (Must)
- Mandarian (Not a must)
