Role Overview Were looking for a versatile Senior Graphic Designer with strong photography skills to join our creative team. Youll create impactful digital banners animated assets and print-ready designs that enhance sponsor visibility and event branding across the SiGMA expo.
From photowalls and award stages to media lounges and digital campaigns youll own key visual elementswhile also capturing dynamic event photography to support marketing and content needs. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Events and Video teams to deliver cohesive impactful event branding photography and digital assets.
- Design print-ready materials and digital banners using Bannerflow
for
sponsoring touchpoints across expos and side events.
- Own the visual execution of SiGMA expo features like the media lounge conference stages and sales lounges.
- Manage sponsor branding across side events including awards stages photowalls and other branded activations.
- Coordinate with printers and production partners to ensure accurate timely delivery of all assets.
- Maintain visual consistency across all event branding aligning with SiGMAs brand standards.
- Support setup and coordination of branding and design elements during on-site events when needed.
- Create bold engaging design solutions using brand imagery and identity guidelines.
- Design high-quality assets for web social media email and digital campaignsleveraging Bannerflow where applicable.
- Produce visual content for SiGMA World events including banners ads invitations brochures and more.
- Collaborate with marketing content and events teams to ensure cohesive visually compelling branding.
- Turn complex ideas into clear creative visual designs that support business objectives.
- Ensure all deliverables meet high creative standards and align with digital design best practices.
- Stay current with design trends tools and techniques to keep branding fresh and effective.
- Assist with visual content like presentations infographics and marketing visuals.
- Think creatively and find new ways to visually support concepts and enhance user experience.
- Communicate your creative vision and design rationale clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Work independently regularly syncing with your manager to keep projects aligned and on track.
Qualifications:
- Proven 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Experience using Banner flow.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Must: Photoshop Illustrator) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design work across print and digital.
- Understanding of web design principles and responsive design.
- Experience in visual content creation for social media platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership and team management experienceare strongly preferred.
- A passion for technology events and innovative design.
- Proven experience in event branding and print design ideally within large-scale expos or conferences.
- Strong understanding of layout typography and production processes for large-format printing. Ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with external vendors and production houses is a plus.
