Job Description

Are you a proactive and experienced Industrial property manager or account manager ready to take your career to the next level Were on the lookout for a driven professional to join our thriving Industrial Occupier Services  this pivotal role youll be at the heart of managing major industrial property portfoliosdelivering strategic insights driving transactions and shaping the future of workplace solutions.

From lease management and site acquisitions to tenant advisory and six-star workplace services youll collaborate with experts across workplace strategy design and architecture project management and cutting-edge technology services to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Overseeing end-to-end account and transaction management across large-scale industrial portfolios.
  • Managing lease terms critical dates renewals and rent reviews with precision.
  • Coordinating subtenant invoicing arrears management and outgoing charges.
  • Preparing legal lease instructions and reviewing lease documentation.
  • Maintaining and enhancing leasehold and freehold property databases.
  • Producing detailed monthly reports that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Supporting transaction activity and ensuring seamless data management via MRI and Visual Databases.

Qualifications :

What You Bring to the Table

  • Tertiary qualification in Property Real Estate or a related discipline
  • A client-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Solid experience in commercial propertyideally within the industrial sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • A knack for research and data-driven insights.
  • Estate Agents Licence or Agents Representative Certificate
