About the role
Were looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to drive bold strategies elevate our brand and connect with audiences in powerful new ways. This role will be at the helm of a high-performing team crafting and executing marketing strategies that fuel growth deepen customer engagement and position us as a market leader. Youll work closely with executive leadership including the Chief Wagering Officer to align marketing efforts with business goals and deliver measurable impact.
Key accountabilities include:
- Inspire and mentor a talented marketing team to achieve excellence
- Collaborate with executive and senior leaders to support strategic initiatives
- Lead the strategic development and execution of wagering marketing plan
- Champion data-driven decision-making to optimise performance and ROI
- Drive innovation in customer acquisition retention and loyalty programs
Qualifications :
Ideally you would hold:
- A bold energetic approach to leadership and innovation
- Proven experience in senior marketing leadership ideally within wagering or consumer-focused industries
- A strategic mindset with a flair for creativity and storytelling
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for performance marketing
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in AI or an openness to explore
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in marketing
