Job Summary

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations across all F&B outlets ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Lead motivate and support the Food & Beverage team to exceed guest expectations.
  • Oversee set-up service and breakdown of dining and event areas ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food presentation and service.
  • Monitor staffing levels and rosters to meet operational requirements.
  • Conduct ongoing training to align with brand standards and foster professional growth.
  • Handle guest feedback promptly resolving complaints to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Ensure proper handling of customer accounts using POS systems.
  • Maintain compliance with health safety and food handling regulations.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Food & Beverage preferably within a hotel environment.
  • Experience leading a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of rostering scheduling and F&B operations including inventory and ordering.
  • Experience in espresso coffee making and bartending (highly regarded).
  • Emotional intelligence enthusiasm and the ability to motivate others.
  • Valid RSA.
