Job Summary
- Provide friendly efficient and professional service to all guests and clients
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails wines and spirits
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Monitor and restock bar supplies as needed
- Support the Food & Beverage Manager in the overall operations of the bar
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of cocktails drinks and bar operations
- Flexibility to work nights weekends and public holidays
- Current RSA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
