Job Summary
- Support a team of 6 experienced dentists across a wide range of treatments
- Provide efficient chairside assistance and maintain high clinical standards
- Prepare treatment rooms and manage instrument sterilisation and infection control
- Assist with front desk duties when necessary including scheduling and insurance coordination
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional care
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 2 years experience in general dentistry is preferred and prior exposure to orthodontics will be highly regarded.
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of dental terminology procedures dental software and MS applications.
- Strong attention to detail organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
