Job Opening: Assistant Gym Manager and Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness
Location: Port St. Lucie FL
Type: Part-Time (10 hours/week in Assistant Manager role and 20 hours/week or less in Personal Trainer role)

What Youll Do
- Build authentic relationships with members and staff
- Lead a high-performing team with empathy and energy
- Drive membership growth through servicenot sales pressure
- Keep the gym clean safe and welcoming
- Lead safe and effective workouts for training clients
- Conduct Fitness Consultations and build Personal Training program
- Plan events and programs that bring the community together
- Manage budgets and operations with excellence
- Stay ahead of fitness trends and lead by example
