We are currently seeking experienced and dependable Drywall Finishing Contractors to join our network of subcontractors for upcoming commercial and multifamily projects.
Requirements
Scope of Work
As a subcontracted Drywall Finishing Contractor you will be responsible for:
Taping mudding sanding and finishing drywall installations.
Performing level 4 and level 5 finishes as required by project specs.
Ensuring all work meets Jack Laurie Groups quality and safety standards.
Coordinating with project managers and other trades on-site.
Delivering work within set deadlines and budgets.
Qualifications
Proven experience in drywall finishing on commercial or large-scale residential projects.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
Must have own crew tools transportation and liability insurance.
OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes.
Must comply with all safety regulations and site requirements.
