Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Technology Manager to lead the development implementation and management of HR information systems and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize HR processes through innovative technology ensuring data integrity security and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee HR technology systems including HRIS ATS payroll and performance management tools.
- Collaborate with HR and IT departments to identify technology needs and implement effective solutions.
- Lead system upgrades integrations and troubleshooting to ensure seamless HR operations.
- Ensure data accuracy security and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HR technology platforms.
- Analyze HR data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay current with emerging HR technologies and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
- 5 years of experience managing HR technology systems.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and technology solutions.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
- Knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance standards.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
