Job Description
This position will oversee all accounting and financial reporting for management company entities ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. This role is part of our alternative investment management team and is involved in preparing financial statements managing expenses and payroll consolidating subsidiaries and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
What youll do
- Youll manage accounting and financial reporting for Management Company entities including interim and annual financial statements management accounts and regulatory submissions
- Youll oversee the chart of accounts expense allocations (including payroll) and consolidate any subsidiaries
- Youll ensure compliance with accounting standards regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
- Youll collaborate with auditors tax advisors regulators and internal teams to support accurate reporting and analysis
- Youll monitor cash flows investment transactions and provide financial insights to support decision-making and strengthen financial controls

- The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($115000-$1500000)
Qualifications :
- You have a proven track record of leading accounting teams across multiple entities and locations
- You hold a Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field with a professional qualification (CPA ACA ACCA) strongly preferred
- You bring over seven years of experience in accounting and financial reporting within the alternative investment industry
- You possess deep knowledge of accounting standards and regulations including US GAAP IFRS AIFMD and UCITS
- You demonstrate strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software like QuickBooks
