Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Analyse and understand the requirements received from internal stakeholdersSource candidates through various channels such as emails job portals events at vendor locations and referencesPost ads and conduct mass mailing on job portals against skill requirements and locationsPre-screen and shortlist candidates for client interviewsSchedule candidates with clients and follow up on the sameNegotiate salaries and roll out offers to candidates accordinglyTrack the joining dates of selected candidates in the companyContinuously follow up with clients to confirm staffing plans and ensure candidates needs are metPrepare reports handle the complete end-to-end recruitment process and manage the databaseConsistently achieve hiring targetsRequired Skills:Strong experience in frontline and lateral hiringExcellent stakeholder management skillsAbility to create and read dashboards Strong presentation skills
