This is a remote position.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by expanding our international client base and promoting our business outsourcing solutions. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies managing client relationships and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve company targets.
1. Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand Virtual Binz LLPs international market share. Identify key business opportunities in various industries and regions. Drive the sales pipeline through cold calling networking and referrals with steady business growth.
2. Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Engage in cold calling to generate new business leads and promote Virtual Binz LLP s solutions. Identify potential prospects through research and outreach. Your goal is to build a relationship understand their needs and turn these initial contacts into long-term sales opportunities.
Relationship Management: Develop strong and long-term relationships with international clients to understand their outsourcing needs. Serve as the point of contact for all major accounts and meet the needs of each with solutions specifically tailored to the client. Excellent communication with clients regarding their queries and issues and maintain very high client satisfaction.
4. Negotiation & Deal Closing: Manage the negotiation process with potential clients and ensure contracts are in line with company policies. Close deals with international clients ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
5. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies. Collaborate with the HR department to recruit and onboard new sales talent as needed.
6. Market Research & Feedback: Monitor industry trends and customer needs to offer customized business outsourcing solutions. Gather client feedback to refine the company s offerings and improve service delivery.
Requirements
Experience: At least 1-4 years of experience in international sales preferably in the outsourcing or B2B sector. Excellent background in client acquisition and relationship management in global markets.
Skills: Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills. Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating teams. Ability to understand and analyze client needs and translate them into actionable sales strategies. Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce HubSpot etc.) and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a B2B or BPO/outsourcing environment. Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms. Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Solid knowledge of SEO best practices, on-page and off-page optimization, and keyword research. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent for creating ad visuals and landing page elements.
