Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of Lotherme Repair & Maintenance welding consumables in the assigned region.

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with customers in industries using welding solutions.

  • Conduct technical discussions product presentations and demonstrations to support clients.

  • Identify business opportunities analyze competitor activities and prepare sales strategies.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and ensure timely payment collection.

  • Visit plants dealers and industrial clients regularly to expand market presence.

  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and customer service.

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance customer requirements and market trends.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Mandatory experience in Welding Consumables sales (Lotherme Range (Repair & Maintenance welding consumables) ).

  • Strong technical and application knowledge of welding products.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).

  • Target-driven self-motivated and able to work independently.
