Job Description
- Design and oversee the implementation of enterprise technology and infrastructure architectures.
- Develop infrastructure strategies that align with business objectives and technology roadmaps.
- Assess select and integrate infrastructure platforms tools and solutions.
- Lead the migration modernization and optimization of infrastructure including cloud and hybrid environments.
- Ensure infrastructure solutions are secure reliable scalable and cost-effective.
- Collaborate with stakeholders solution architects and engineering teams to deliver architecture blueprints.
- Define infrastructure standards best practices and governance processes.
- Conduct technology assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee vendor selection and manage technical relationships with service providers.
Requirements
- Minimum NQF Level 7 in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration Commerce Business or Engineering.
- TOGAF 9
- AWS Solution Architect
- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
- Data Management Body of Knowledge (DMBok)
Experience: More than 7 years experience in Technology/Infrastructure Architecture or related roles. Strong track record in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions.
Education
Qualification: Minimum NQF Level 7 in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, Business, or Engineering. Certifications (one or more required): TOGAF 9 AWS Solution Architect Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) Data Management Body of Knowledge (DMBok)
