Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Our client luxury retailer based in Cape Town seeks an IR Officer to join dynamic young HR Team

Desired Experience & Qualification

Responsibilities will include:

  • Relevant Law/HR degree essential
  • Drafting of Contracts Policies and Procedures within the HR/IR space
  • Offering guidance to all staff on IR matters including Labour Law and Regulations
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints grievances disputes
  • Provide guidance on Performance Management and Disciplinary procedures
  • Company representation at CCMA
