Duties & Responsibilities
Our client luxury retailer based in Cape Town seeks an IR Officer to join dynamic young HR Team
Desired Experience & Qualification
Responsibilities will include:
- Relevant Law/HR degree essential
- Drafting of Contracts Policies and Procedures within the HR/IR space
- Offering guidance to all staff on IR matters including Labour Law and Regulations
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints grievances disputes
- Provide guidance on Performance Management and Disciplinary procedures
- Company representation at CCMA
