Our client is a fast-growing technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring within a QA team consisting of 10 or more engineers.
Skilled in participating in the recruitment process including interviewing hiring onboarding new team members and effectively delegating tasks to facilitate team growth.
Ability to develop and uphold detailed test plans encompassing features projects and release cycles.
Expertise in establishing and sustaining a robust team framework that ensures clear ownership and accountability.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations to foster professional development and maintain high levels of motivation.
Accurately document and communicate defects test outcomes and provide transparent updates on quality status and testing progress to project stakeholders.
Perform thorough test assessments and compile quality reports for each release including providing clear GO/NO GO recommendations.
Supply developers with relevant test checklists and cases to enable effective self-testing prior to handing off builds to the QC team.
Demonstrate a positive approach and readiness to proactively engage in hands-on efforts to accomplish objectives.
Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and action orientation to help meet delivery deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Over 3 years of experience leading QA teams including mentoring team members delegating tasks reviewing test outcomes and fostering continuous improvement within a team of more than 10 QA engineers.
More than 8 years of practical experience in manual and automated testing across Mobile Web and API/Backend platforms.
Proficient in designing developing and executing test automation using tools such as Appium Playwright and WebdriverIO.
Solid understanding of testing processes methodologies and best practices.
Skilled in analyzing and decomposing both functional and non-functional requirements for comprehensive test coverage.
Experienced in utilizing bug tracking systems and test management tools effectively.
Demonstrates a proactive and self-motivated approach with a readiness to engage hands-on to meet product delivery objectives.
Capable of influencing stakeholders without formal authority and resilient in driving organizational change within large enterprises.
Open to continuous learning and receptive to coaching for performance enhancement.
Quarterly bonus payments of up to 50% of the monthly gross salary with the possibility of increasing to 150% for outstanding performance.
Annual leave entitlement of 14 days.
Sick leave allowance of 10 days.
