At Keter Adams Manufacturing we re looking for a dynamic Warehouse & Distribution Manager to take the reins of our multi-location warehouse network ensuring every shipment is on time every inventory count is spot-on and every team member knows they re part of something bigger.

What You ll Do:
- Oversee operations at multiple warehouse sites making sure every shipment leaves on time and in perfect condition.
- Lead and develop your team from hiring and training to mentoring and inspiring top performance.
- Collaborate with production planning procurement and finance to keep everything running like clockwork.
- Keep warehouses clean safe and organized a place where efficiency thrives.
- Manage budgets track KPIs and identify ways to cut costs without cutting corners.
- Stay ahead of the game with SAP warehouse management and your expertise in DOT and PennDOT compliance.
What We re Looking For:

- Experience managing multiple warehouse locations and supervising teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail that keep chaos at bay.
- SAP expertise (required) plus knowledge of e-commerce and WIS systems is a big plus.

Requirements :
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelors Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management Operations Management or related field preferred
- Prior SAP knowledge required
- Ecommerce experience a plus
- Prior experience managing multiple locations and multiple supervisors and their teams
- Mentoring/Coaching associates
- Implementing WIS systems
- Creating SOPs
- Creating training plans
- Prior experience with DOT requirements (for CDL drivers); licensing and insuring to be in accordance with PennDOT regulations/requirements.
