Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Office Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will handle front desk operations manage communications and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests and employees. This role requires strong organizational skills a professional demeanor and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and document preparation.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient office operations.


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in a front desk receptionist or customer service role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
