We are seeking a highly motivated Communications Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client communications supporting brand strategies and ensuring consistent and professional messaging across all platforms. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills a proactive mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and communications.
Draft edit and proofread business correspondence and content.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Maintain accurate communication records and reports.
Assist in planning and executing communication campaigns.
Handle client concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or related field.
13 years of experience in a communications or customer-facing role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
