Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Associate to join our growing this role you will be responsible for building strong client relationships addressing inquiries and ensuring clients receive timely and effective support. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Respond to client inquiries via phone email and other communication channels.
Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests.
Provide product knowledge and training to clients when needed.
Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field preferred.
12 years of experience in client service account management or a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is a plus.
