We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Account Representative to join our team in Dallas this role you will be the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring their needs are met from order initiation through final delivery. You will manage accounts provide accurate updates and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments.
Manage customer accounts including processing orders and following up on requests.
Provide timely and accurate information regarding order status pricing and product details.
Resolve client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with sales production and logistics teams to meet project deadlines.
Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of services.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or related field preferred.
Proven experience in customer account management or customer service (minimum 2 years).
Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
