Job Description
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectivestimelines roadmap resources and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities allocate resources effectively and monitor progress against established goals.
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across multiple agencies and cross-functional teams to develop and refine the current state model and define the transition to the future state model.
- Communicate project updates milestones and challenges to stakeholders ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Prepare and present regular status reports and updates to stakeholders ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and communicating milestones and challenges
- Solicit feedback and input from stakeholders to inform-project decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels effectively including executives project sponsors end-users and technical teams.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects preferably with experience in SAP reporting solutions.
- Basic understanding of SAP system architecture and relevant SAP software solutions such as SAP ECC S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ability to create detailed project plans set milestones and manage schedules effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in conducting business process analysis gap analysis and requirements gathering.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams manage resources and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Four years of experience in leading complex IT systems development or implementation projects and a bachelors degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes four years of experience in leading IT systems development or implementation projects.

- PMP certification

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 3 5 years of direct Project Management experience 4 6 years of overall business experience PMP Certification or Master s Certificate in Project Management Four years of experience in leading complex IT systems development or implementation projects and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes four years of experience in leading IT systems development or implementation projects.
