Position Summary:
- We are seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Operators to key tax return information from scanned images using a secure web-based third-party application.
- This role will support the Department of Revenue s processing of specific tax return types.
- Accuracy speed and reliability are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Log in to the web application via secure Azure Single Sign-On.
- Access assigned data entry queues and process tax returns from scanned images.
- Compare OCR/table lookup results with the printed form; accept correct values or rekey incorrect/missing values.
- Follow provided written instructions for each queue and tax form type.
- Maintain required speed and accuracy to meet monthly SLAs
- Review error reports provided by ALDOR and adjust processes to avoid repeated mistakes.
- Keep track of daily work hours keystrokes and pages processed.
- Participate in remote training sessions.
- Communicate promptly with the designated point of contact regarding technical issues performance or billing questions.

- Must be located in and authorized to work in the United States.
- Prior high-volume data entry experience ideally in financial tax or government forms processing.
- Proven ability to maintain accuracy and speed under time constraints.
- Comfortable working with numeric and text fields (no cents for amount fields).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and computer that meets application requirements.
- Ability to work independently and meet assigned quotas without direct supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed written instructions.
- Availability to work consistent hours during business days to meet monthly volume and SLA targets.
Technical Requirements
- Computer capable of accessing secure web-based third-party applications.
- Secure workspace within the U.S. (no public Wi-Fi for work).
- Familiarity with Excel for reviewing error/performance reports.
