What You ll Do
- Perform diagnostic assessments using standardized tools such as ADOS-2 ADI-R CARS or DISCO
- Deliver results to families with clarity and compassion
- Write thorough reports and submit them within 7 days of each evaluation
- Offer follow-up guidance to support families with the next steps in care
- Operate as a Licensed Qualified Autism Service Provider (LQASP) per NC Medicaid standards
- Collaborate across disciplines to ensure comprehensive child-centered care
- Help maintain clinic audit readiness and contribute to quality improvement efforts
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA standards and ethical clinical practices
What We re Looking For
- Master s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology or a related field
- Active North Carolina LP or LPA license
- Experience with autism evaluations and standardized diagnostic tools
- Strong clinical judgment documentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently and compassionately in a team setting
- Previous clinic-based experience is preferred but not required
