What You ll Do
- Conduct autism and developmental assessments using tools such as the ADOS-2 ADI-R CARS or DISCO
- Share diagnostic findings with families in a clear and compassionate manner
- Complete comprehensive written reports within 7 days of each evaluation
- Offer follow-up support to guide families toward appropriate next steps
- Serve as a Licensed Qualified Autism Service Provider (LQASP) per NC Medicaid requirements
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic coordinated care
- Contribute to clinic audit readiness and continuous quality improvement
- Follow all HIPAA and ethical standards for clinical practice
What We re Looking For
- Master s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology or a related field
- Active North Carolina LP or LPA license
- Experience with autism evaluations and standardized diagnostic tools
- Strong clinical judgment documentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently and compassionately in a team setting
- Previous clinic-based experience is preferred but not required
