Job Description
This is a remote position.
At this time these are the only countries authorized to work with us.
Responsibilities
Book and manage cruise packages cabins and add-on services
Provide itinerary advice and assist with special requests
Communicate with suppliers to ensure smooth travel arrangements
Keep accurate client records and follow agency booking procedures
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized with multitasking ability
Comfortable using booking tools (training provided)
Must be 18 and authorized to work in approved locations
