The Information Entry Clerk at Quest Aviation plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our operational and client data. Responsible for entering organizing and verifying essential information such as flight schedules maintenance logs client bookings and billing details the clerk ensures all records are accurate complete and accessible. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented dependable and thrives in a fast-paced aviation environment.
Accurate Data Entry: Input flight data maintenance records client information and other operational details into internal systems with precision.
Document Review & Processing: Verify and reconcile documents (e.g. work orders customer correspondence) ensuring completeness and adherence to company standards.
Data Validation: Conduct regular data audits identify discrepancies and collaborate with departments to correct and streamline information.
Digital Record Maintenance: Manage and organize electronic filing systems for quick retrieval and efficient information access.
Reporting Support: Generate daily summaries and reports using system data to assist management in informed decision-making.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Operations Maintenance Dispatch and Billing teams to support seamless workflow and ensure data accuracy.
Process Improvement Initiatives: Identify inefficiencies in information workflows and propose enhancements to increase productivity and minimize errors.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in office administration aviation or data management is a plus.
Prior experience in data entry or clerical support aviation or logistics industry experience is advantageous.
Exceptional attention to detail organizational skills and commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency with standard office software (e.g. Excel Word) and data management tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
