WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
As a Medical Solutions Sales Associate you will:
- Account Management: Support the Territory Manager in maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach to physicians surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
- Relationship Building: Establish rapport with healthcare providers and key decision-makers through regular virtual and in-person meetings.
- Educational Outreach: Coordinate and deliver product demonstrations lunch-and-learn sessions and follow-up meetings to educate customers on device benefits.
- Prescription Volume Growth: Maintain and grow prescription volumes by increasing adoption within current accounts.
- Customer Support: Assist with training product inquiries and logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements

Education & Training
- Military career or college degree preferably in Business Administration.
Work Experience & Accomplishments
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in medical equipment or related healthcare fields (orthopedic DME pain management preferred).
- Proven success in sales or customer service with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience working independently in a field-based role.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present to small groups.
- Highly motivated results-driven and customer-focused.
- Aptitude for quickly learning and explaining medical technology and terminology.
- Proficient with CRM software Google Workspace Microsoft Office AI and capable of learning new platforms.
- Excellent time management organizational and problem-solving skills.
Other
- Must reside in the Greater Philadelphia area and be able to travel extensively within the territory.
- Must have a valid drivers license insurance and a reliable vehicle.
