Shift Schedule: 6-10 shifts/month at both sites.

- Saxony:

- M-F: 6a-3p 2p-11p 10p-6a

- Sat/Sun: 6a-6p 6p-6a

- North:

- M-F: 6a-2p 1p-10p 11a-6p 9p-6a

- Sat/Sun: 6a-3p 1p-11p 9p-6a
Admissions Required: Yes

Rounding Included: Yes

Physician in Practice: 1 MD scheduled per shift; 11a-6p is double MD coverage.

Support Staff: 1-2 APP 2-3 RNs 1 Office Staff

24-hr Support Services:

- Anesthesia Cardio-Thoracic Surgery Cath Lab General Surg Lab Neuro-Surgery OR Response Time Orthopedic Surgery Radiology & Vascular Surgery.

L&D Dept. Available: Yes

No. of Beds: 16 each site

EMR: Cerner

Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Temporary Privileges available: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active IN License or IMLC

BC (EM)
